We are the first and only Wineclub at Technical University of Munich (TUM). We strive to teach our members about wine, winetasting and winemaking.
To reach our goal, we engage in partnerships with wineries and sommeliers all across the world.
No, you do not. You should only be a student enrolled in Munich. We do make exceptions on an individual basis though, so feel free to contact us.
As we have expenses to cover, we ask all club members to pay a fee of 20€ per semester. This might change in the future.
During the exam free time of the semester, we have wine tastings around every two weeks. We also organize other events together and even have a big field trip once per semester.
Applications for our club are accepted at the beginning of each semester.
The next application period will begin on 17.04.2023.
We encourage anyone with a passion for wine to apply!
The club is organized into four departments: partnerships, interior, finance & law and marketing. The heads of these departments are selected by the club's members and form the board.
To be honest, it really depends, as a lot of the work is project based. You should, however, be prepared to personally attend our meetings, at least every two weeks.
On top of that, be able to set aside at least 2 hours for the club per week.
